Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

Returns

All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Return Process

​Please follow these steps to return an item:

  • If you are already a member on our website, log in on our website and go to the Request Return Page under your Account. Fill out the form and submit your return request.

  • If you did not become a member on our website during your purchase, please email us at info@dreamcomber.com indicating your order number and your reason to return so that we can start the return process.

  • ​After you contact us either using the Request Return Page or through email, we will process your request and email you a shipping label and packing list.

  • If you choose to use our shipping label to return your item, then the shipping charges will be deducted from your refund after we receive your item.

  • If you decide to return your item through another service, we strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return and purchase insurance for the purchase price of your return item.

  • Place the item securely in its original packaging and include the packing list, and mail using either the return label we provide or your own.

Refund

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.

Exceptions

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service email below to arrange a refund.

  • Sale items that are marked as FINAL SALE cannot be returned.
