Returns Policy

We truly appreciate your purchase from DreamComber and hope you are happy with it. If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return your purchased items to us for a full refund. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

Returns

All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached in the original packaging.

If you do not receive your merchandise within 30 days of the date of purchase please let us know and we will attempt to locate the item(s) with the tracking service. If tracking cannot confirm delivery, we will re-send the order. We will not honor requests to re-send merchandise if you do not notify us within 30 days of the date of purchase.

If the carrier returns a package as Undeliverable, we will begin processing the return. After processing is complete, you will receive an email confirming the return and any refund details, if applicable. DreamComber reserves the right to charge original and return shipping, and any other applicable fees. We cannot reship orders that carriers return to us as undeliverable. If you still want to purchase the same items, please place a new order.

Return Process

  • If you are already a member of our website, please go to the Orders page under your account to submit your return request.
  • If you purchased from us as a guest, please contact us at info@dreamcomber.com indicating your order number and your reason to return.
  • Upon receipt of your request, we will email you with the return instructions.
  • Please package and return your items as instructed in the email.
  • We strongly recommend you use a trackable method to mail your return and purchase insurance for the purchase price of your return items.

​Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.​

Exceptions

For defective or damaged products, please contact us to arrange a refund.

​Sale items that are marked as FINAL SALE cannot be returned.
